Recipe: Toaster Cookies and Mallows Treat

For some reason, our microwave oven got busted so I could not make mug cookies or those No-bake Chewy Cookie Bars. So you could imagine my frustration when I was craving for those bars and the stupid microwave won't work. There was still the oven toaster, but I am not sure how marshmallows would react.
