Day 3: Practice Forgiveness

"Do not hold resentment. Do not get so mad at times when things are a little wrong. Remember that others have as much right to their opinions as self, but that there is a level from which all may work together for good." -- Edgar Cayce
Call this making peace with the past.

Lord knows how many times I fucked up in my twenty-seven years of walking on earth. Minor or major, they're all the same. They are mistakes. Like it or not, they're done and cannot be taken back. But that's okay. I have long since learned to live with the ghosts of my past. Not to be cocky or anything, but I just am like that as a person.

Forgiving others... now that's a different story altogether. I tend to get pissed at the smallest slights (whether intentional or no) and sometimes hold grudges. I forget quickly, but when something happens, past mistakes tend to get dredged up as well. Not exactly my best trait, but there you go. I never said I was perfect.

I know it's something I need to work on. Starting, like, now.
