I was browsing through the saved pages/articles in my Pocket app last night when I came across this challenge. Apparently, I saved it ages ago but never got around to actually reading it until last night. Here are the seven challenges:

Seems like a good idea, and who doesn't want to be happy happier anyway? And it wouldn't really cost me anything so I might as well give it a shot. To make the long story short, I will be doing this 7-day Happiness Challenge starting today, and will be posting my experiences and/or ruminations (whichever is applicable) starting tomorrow.
