I am Straight

...but I do know how to appreciate (female) beauty when I see it, hence my tendencies to have girl crushes. Here are a couple of celebrities I'm crushing on at the moment:

Kate Ma from Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 1

I was only able to watch Asia's Next Top Model a couple times but this girl definitely made an impression! It's a given that she's gorgeous and all (it's a modelling competition after all) but her crazy-bubbly personality made her stand out from the other girls. Need proof? Come on, just look at those photos in her Instagram account! And it just follows (pun intended) that I follow her there and on Twitter too.

Jennifer Lawrence

Too bad she doesn't have Twitter or any social networking accounts so I (and the rest of the angry mob) could stalk follow her to my heart's content. I have only ever seen her in The Hunger Games and but I have been Google-ing her since then. And then she wins an Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook (I must read that book and/or watch the movie) and now everyone else is talking about her and her infamous Oscars boo-boos moments. But she's still pretty cool and grounded and candid despite all that jazz about her. I'm pegging her for my daughter's role model (and that curvy-sporty physique doesn't hurt either).

And who can ever forget this one?
